Why can't ITE students take up Diploma in Tourism & Resort Management in NP? Its unfair~! why is it only open to GCE 'O' levels students? Aren't we human?

Was so disappointed n sad when i got to know it... damn it. Only TP 's hospitality accepts ITE students. Haiz. I'm like totally lost now. SO sianed!!
